Hello everyone, Although I am unable to tell you whether this recipe is Spanish or not (maybe is a quite international one) I definetively can tell you that my dear Mother used to cook me this delicious Sandwich when I was a kid as a night dinner. So every time I eat this, it brings to my memories a beautiful remembrance of my childhood.
