Hello everybody, before I say anything else I would like to wish Merry Xmas and all the best for 2013 to everybody. I am back after this 2 weeks break that I did not post any new recipes as I have been very busy with work, studying japanese, going to gym, sorting out Xmas Parties and on top of that had a bad cold for a little while...
This time, the next recipe is a delicious Beef Stroganoff, of course is not an Spanish recipe, is a very popular russian recipe but after having a little chat with one of my dear blog readers from Japan, she asked me very gently if it was possible for me to post this recipe for her to try.
So I hope you can enjoy this delicious dish as much as I do. :-)
