This time I am back but with a recipe that is not quite Spanish one. The main reason why I include this recipe here is because apart of being delicious, is that it is quite popular in Spanish bars for breakfast and matches perfectly with a good cup of coffee or tea.
INGREDIENTS per person:
- 1 Croissant
- 2-3 slices of Boiled Ham, Bacon, Chicken or Turkey Ham if you do not eat pork.

STEP 4 - Take the croissant out of the oven and... |
|
STEP 5 - ... place the to slices of cheese onto it, and place back the croissant into the oven for another 1 or 2 minutes so that cheese gets melted. |
